Giovanni Exchange and Return Policy indicates circumstances under which customers can exchange/return the product(s) they have purchased.


I. Conditions for Exchange and Return

- The product seal(s) being lost;

- The product(s) being delivered in incorrect quantity, information and model compared to the order;

- The product(s) being damaged due to the manufacturer’s fault (fabric bug, sewing bug, accessory bug, extruded layers, lock, trailer, damaged logo ...) or the delivery process (the product becomes deformed and/or dirty, etc.)

II. Regulations on Exchange and Return

1. Scope

- Exchange/Return is applicable to all genuine Giovanni products purchased at Giovanni official distribution system, at either original or reduced price resulted by the use of a membership card.

- Exchange/Return is not applicable to sale products.

2. Timeframe and Location

- The exchange/return of products is accepted within 15 days of purchase.

- Products are exchanged/returned at all Giovanni stores nationwide.

3. Requirements on Exchange/Return

Exchangeable/Returnable products meet the following requirements:

- Within the scope defined in Section II.1.;

- Within the timeframe specified in Section II.2.;

- Preserving complete labels; in brand new condition; sealed under the original packaging (unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping process);

- Retaining full accessories (instruction manual, warranty card, purchase invoice, etc.) and the accompanying gift (if any);

- Containing NO dirt/flavor; revealing NO signs of laundry or being used;

- Customers exchange for product(s) at equivalent or greater value.

4. Conditions for not accepting Exchange/Return

Giovanni refuses the exchange/return of products not meeting the requirements set out in Section II.3. of this Policy.
